Health and Safety
We take Health and safety seriously at this event and will not tolerate anyone purposefully ignoring the rules and acting in an unsafe manner which could cause injury to themselves or anyone else. Anyone attending the show agrees to abide by these rules and any other instruction given to them by a member of staff or the event organisers. The show will not accept any liability for injury to person or property due to these Health and Safety Rules being disobeyed, or lack of common sense.
- Please remember this event takes place on a field, it is uneven and may become muddy and slippery. Please wear appropriate footwear.
- The Road Traffic Act applies on site at all times and there is a 5mph speed limit.
- No drones are allowed on or above the site without prior consent.
- Dog owners are legally liable for their dogs, all faeces must be picked up and discarded in a bin, ALL dogs are to be kept on leads at all times. (We know everyone loves their dog as if they were children, god knows we do, and we say she wouldn't hurt a fly. But unfortunately you never know, so for purposes of the show, please keep them on a lead.)
- In the event of an emergency please contact a member of staff or safety crew (fire, first aid or security.)
- Please discard all rubbish in the bins provided.
- No glass bottles allowed on site.
- DO NOT TOUCH THE EXHIBITS (The exhibits are people's pride and joy, they are not a toy for you to play with, unfortunately. Even if it's "just for a picture", please do not touch them without prior consent from the owner.)
- Be aware of what is happening around you, there are a lot of blind spots when driving some of the exhibits. They are also quite quiet and you may not hear them coming up behind you.
- Some of the exhibits have moving parts, do not get close to them.
- Do not walk in front of moving exhibits.
- Do not cross any ropes or barriers unless instructed to do so by a member of staff. They are there for your protection.
- Please do not abuse or threaten any members of staff as you will be escorted off site.
On a lighter note, we thank you very much for wanting to come and hope you enjoy your weekend!
